About Us
SA Dog trainers was established with the aim to assist you & your best friend.
Our instructors are educated by IMDT (an Institute of Modern Dog Trainers initiated in England), which is a leading education provider for Dog Trainers and Behaviourists and is a Registered Learning Centre for The Open College Network. IMDT South Africa was founded in 2019 to bring those opportunities to South African dog trainers and pet industry professionals.
SA Dogtrainers obtained their course certificates with Mr Gordon and are still attending courses physically (not online) with him, which are constantly in the pipeline. We also attend weekly training from a private professional
We are avid dog lovers and you and your canine will find the perfect trainer for your needs regarding the different stages of learning with SA Dogtrainers. SA Dogtrainers have positive concrete learning schedules but at the same time, some fun activities where you and your canine can relax and become playful.
At SA Dog trainers, we will teach you to talk with your dog the minimum of words and in Intermediate V, we will commence with hand signals and body language skills. We hope to teach you their amazing sense of smell, their eagerness to please you and strengthen the bond that already exists between you.
SA Dog Trainers really understand the frustration you may have from your attempts teaching your canine at home. Here you will find a home that supports you and your loved canine the necessary routines to obtain your goals.
The personnel at SA Dog Trainers believe every dog is able to learn. Some dogs are obviously more effortless due to their genetic material but at SA Dog Trainers, you will find your appropriate spot.
